At Fitness in the Fast Lane, my mission as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach is to educate and accelerate progress with simple, no-nonsense tools. I create customized workout programs, tailored meal plans, supplement access, and expert videos designed to fit into real life while making fitness and nutrition easier to understand.​

I grew up in a cycling family and around my family’s bike shop, so fitness has always been part of my life. Now I’m passionate about helping anyone from complete beginners to fellow cyclists and endurance athletes—bring resistance training into their routine to build strength, power, and longevity that goes far beyond the miles.

Nutrition is just as important, which is why I started my recipe blog and Instagram page "Clean Plates Project" full of high-protein meals and balanced bites to fuel training, recovery, and just give everyday recipe inspiration. With the motto “Accelerate Towards Better Health,” my goal is to make fitness and nutrition feel sustainable, effective, and accessible.
